2017 ROCKY MOUNTAIN RCLS EAST

REGION CADET LEADERSHIP SCHOOL

PURPOSE: RCLS is a course in officership, indirect leadership and other themes consistent with CAP’s leadership expectations for Phase III cadets. RCLS fulfills the learning requirement for the Ira C. Eaker Award and completion of Phase IV of the cadet program.

ELIGIBILITY: C/MSgt or higher and have completed an encampment by time of registration.

COST FOR CADET ATTENDEES: $175

LOCATIONS: There are two RCLS locations this year; this application is for RCLS East at the US Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, CO.

RCLS East will be held in conjunction with Region Staff College.

Slots are limited and will be granted on a first come, first served basis. Registration will close as soon as all slots have been filled.

If you are in a "must have" situation; (1) you are a Cadet Major or (2) you will turn 21 in the next year, we will ensure that there is space available for you.

Before the RCLS, RMR Wing Commanders will have final approval of the attendees.
